What happens when you create an account

• When you enter your email address, and click “create my account!”, the account-creation starts.
• If you entered a chanmer of commerce number, we’ll retrieve your business details from their files, so we can use it when creating the account. These would be address- and contact data, but also branch-data and whether you have employees.
• Branch-data is used to set up some relevant products or services for your account, including the correct VAT-assignment.You can use them to invoice items per unit (hours, kilo’s project, or whatever you fancy).
• The data we cannot find there, you can fill in right away, or, if you don’t have everything handy right now, you can choose to complete them later.
• A complete administration (general ledger) is created with your account.
• fENNA keeps track of the VAT from your invoices. Using bank-files (MT940) you can easily create purchases (including VAT administration). Next, you submit the VAT to the Tax authorities with one push of a button.
